Our new FREEPHONE support line is designed to help you when you need extra advice on any of the Merck Serono range of GE products and services. Open 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday (with an answerphone outside of these times), our qualified nurses can answer your questions on products and accessories, care and maintenance or other services and information provided by Merck Serono.

Product Replacement Service
This is a free service managed by our Medical Information team. This process requires that for any faulty products the Medical Information team are contacted by the HCP so that a free-post returns package can be dispatched, as well as a free replacement device. The faulty device must be returned and will be analysed with a report sent to you within 12 weeks
